Welcome Advertising, which was commenced in 1989, is now a leading professional agency in the field of communication management.

What We Do?
You can expect us, as part of the standard services we provide for any event, to create and regularly update a budget and project plan, research locations including zoning, noise or other ordinances, or other scheduled activities that might intrude on your event. We will find and secure the necessary facilities, negotiate vendor contracts, design the layout and décor of the facility, select (with your approval, of course) and oversee the caterer and menu, and arrange for entertainment, invitations, and accommodations for your guests. We will coordinate staff and volunteers, arrange publicity, answer questions, solve problems, and always keep you informed. We can tailor a package to fit your requirement for any event, no matter how big or small they are.
Planning a Destination Wedding?
As experienced destination wedding planners; our promise is to plan every single detail on behalf of you at each stage and just like you would do in the desired professional way.
Either it’s only for you two or with your guests up to 200. According to your wishes; we will offer you venues and suggest you the best locations. While sorting out the paperwork and other legal requirements, we’ll be bargaining with vendors and look after their payments on behalf of you.
